Job Description

The Branch Support Staff plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily branch activities by providing administrative and operational assistance. They handle customer inquiries, manage documentation, support transaction processing, and help maintain compliance with internal policies. Additionally, they coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient communication and workflow. Their role is essential in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency at the branch level.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer service,

  • Provide branch agency support,

  • Various daily operations and administrative tasks

  • Conduct agency entry level training, assistant to business head.

  • Support Agents based in East Malaysia - Sibu

Required Qualifications:

  • T he ideal candidate should possess a university qualification

  • Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

  • Fluency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base and internal stakeholders.
