Branch Banking Leader - Float/Travel - Sayreville NJ and surrounding areas
Location
Sayreville, NJ 08872A Branch Banking Float Leader travels between multiple locations to support assigned branch operations and manages a team of Float Branch Banking Client Consultants, This role is responsible for overseeing delivery of high quality, prompt, and professional financial services and supporting client experience and operational standards; and ensuring financial transactions are processed in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner while assisting the team in meeting branch goals.
The Float Leader coaches and develops assigned float team members across multiple branch locations to support operational standards, achievement of performance objectives, and delivery of exceptional client experience.
In addition, the Float Leader helps to drive branch revenue growth, operational integrity, and continuity of branch operations during coverage assignments, with a focus on reputational success in the community.
Job Responsibilities:
Business PerformanceSupportfloatingteamand assigned branchefforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisitionacross multiple branch locations Activelyseekand deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful salesinitiative
SalesLeadership and Coaching Support the delivery and execution of development opportunitiesfor the floating team and assigned branch teamsto drive awareness, consideration, and engagement with the bank in your community. Actively support the execution of partner produced sales and marketing initiativeswhile providing leadership during branch coverage assignments Reinforce training, development and coaching tofloating andbranch teams on our mission and how to effectively engage in our broader communities and customers to deliver against our performance targets.
Client ExperienceLead and support delivery of consistentclient engagement and educationacross assigned branch coverage locations by coaching and supportingteam members and reinforcing operational and service expectations-using the tools and systems available.
Risk Management:Identifyand mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee and client risks by helping team members understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations. Meet operational excellence standards.
Administrative:Responsible for overseeing assignedFloat team members,including employment, performance evaluations,coaching anddevelopment/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning, scheduling, deployment,and ensuring compliancewithapplicableoperational and regulatoryrequirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
Education levelrequiredHigh School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
Minimum experience required 6+ Years of overall branch sales experience.
Two (2)+ years in a leadership role.
Ability to travel between assigned branches.

Education level preferred:Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)field of study preferred or equivalent
