Branch Banking Client Consultant II

Location

Rochester, MI 48307Branch Banking Client Consultant II provides best in class experience by resolving concerns and providing various product details that focus on meeting the financial needs of our clients. Focuses on client management, client retention, and introductions to key bank partners (Mortgage, Business Banking) to ensure our clients have access to experts who can help them achieve their financial goals. This position will have greater lending and basic investment interactions and will participate in more complex banking conversations with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Performance Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisition. Activelyseekand deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful salesinitiative

  • Client Experience Provide positive client experience byassistingwith account questions,problemsand/or complaints and through research and communication resolve ina timelyand effective manner. Delivers client engagement and Education.Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership including, but not limited to, NextGen and marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set, weekly appointments completed and needs met.

  • RiskManagement Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly. Strives for no controllable losses.

  • Consistently adheresto regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listedand complete required compliance trainingsAccountable tomaintaincompliance with applicable federal,stateand local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

  • Education levelrequiredHigh School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent

  • Minimum experiencerequired4 – 5 yearscustomer service and sales experience, (including in the financialservices industry

  • Requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and RegulationZNMLS registration can be completed after jobentry date.

  • Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience infinancialservices industry preferred.

  • Experience with using anddemonstratingdigital products and self-service technologies
