KONE is seeking a Branch Administrator to join our team in Gold Coast, QLD The Branch Administrator will partner closely with the Branch Manager and gaining exposure across all areas of the business.

This person will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the branch and projects through high-quality administrative support, effective office management, and coordinated operational activities.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate internal communications and workflows to support smooth branch operations

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with internal processes and guidelines

  • Support Branch Manager and leadership team with reporting, scheduling, and administrative activities

  • Act as a key liaison between the branch and central functions (e.g. finance, HR, procurement)

  • Ensure efficient office operations including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination

  • Support onboarding and workplace set-up for new employees

  • Maintain a well-organised, safe, and productive office environment aligned with WHS requirements

  • Support cost control activities related to office and branch administration

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation, ensuing project governance and compliance with frameworks

  • Coordinate and document meeting discussions and outcomes

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years’ experience in an office administration and coordination role

  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to analyse and interpret business procedures and regulations

  • Understanding of project administration and financial processes
