SearchPlus HR is currently seeking dedicated and highly skilled Brain Injury Medicine Doctors - Consultant/Specialist to join our team of medical professionals. As a Brain Injury Medicine Doctor, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialized care and treatment to patients with brain injuries, including traumatic brain injuries and acquired brain injuries.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, diagnosing brain injuries, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the rehabilitation process. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized care for each patient.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with brain injuries, including traumatic brain injuries and acquired brain injuries
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Provide medical management and oversight for the rehabilitation process
• Prescribe medication and therapies to manage symptoms and promote recovery
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as neurologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to deliver comprehensive care
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about brain injuries, treatment options, and strategies for rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Stay current with advancements in the field of brain injury medicine through continuing education and professional development
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in patient care

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Brain Injury Medicine Doctor
• Residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neurology, or related field
• Specialization or fellowship training in Brain Injury Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Brain Injury Medicine or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and managing brain injuries
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Benefits

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
