The BPO/BPaaS Healthcare Executive will lead the Payer, Provide, Medicare and Medicaid business across global delivery centers, with full P&L ownership, solution alignment, people leadership, and strategic growth responsibilities.
20+ years in the Healthcare industry with deep expertise in Medicare and Medicaid.
Proven leadership in BPaaS and platform-led BPS delivery.
Strong knowledge of IT products and product development lifecycle.
Experience leading multi‑geo delivery models (India, Philippines, US).
Strong understanding of modern technology-led transformation including AI and GenAI.
Wipro's Healthcare BPaaS model helps payers reduce administrative costs, accelerate digital transformation, improve member and provider experiences, strengthen regulatory compliance, and scale operations through AI-enabled platforms and managed services across claims, enrollment, billing, provider lifecycle management, Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA operations
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
