The BPO SF Case supports all sales organizations, analyses new requirements, creates business stories, drives core processes, shares results to sales organizations. He/she works with IT and convinces IT of business needs. Train to trainer calls, validate business enhancement requests, represent EMEA in global SF calls and be a change agent for sales organizations.
The Business Process Owner serves as subject matter expert for a functional area (at least one of the following: Finance, Order Management, Puchasing / Materials, Manufacutring, Warehouse) and is responsible for driving process improvement, solution planning, functional design, testing, training and support activities.
The Business Process Owner has a deep understanding / expertise of business operations within their designated area of responsibility and applies that knowledge to process improvement and application designs and implementation activities.
The BPO is part of Digital Tools team, supports mulitple SAP and SF projects, part of E2E testing, drive EMEA core solutions in all EMEA sites. Analyse new requirements, support core processes, create impact analysis, share results to sales organizations. He/She will work closely with business and IT for improving the various systems that host products, agreements, SF data, SAP and price data calls, including doing User Acceptance Testing.
To achieve the objectives of this role, the Business Process Owner will support in managing the activities of local resources participating in the completion of process improvements and system-related projects.
- Evaluate business and technical needs of the operations encompassing all aspects for the specific process area assigned to EMEA
- Serve as process subject matter experts and owners for their respective domain of responsibility
- Drives As-Is analysis, identify process and system implementation requirements, compare with best practice and support implementation activities with domain responsibility
- Review solution plans, confirm capabilities, priorities and or gaps and align solution cross local organizations
- Supports development of standard business processes and practices per domain
- Assist and support integration of process changes into the organization, be a “change-agent”
- Supports the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end business processes per domain in coordination with the local organizations and IT
- Participate and coordinate in testing, communications, training, training material creation, change readiness activities in alignment with local BPO’s
- Plan, coordinate and maintain cut over activities with local BPO’s and other organizations
- Support effective use of business systems before, during and after Go Live
- Monitor and report assigned project status information, working closely with the IT team
- Acquire, practice and evangelize the use of project management
- Understanding and working knowledge of ERP systems
- Participate in development and delivery of communications regarding program activities
- Review solution plans, confirm capabilities, priorities and or gaps
- Work with multiple stakeholders to confirm system functionality and data
- Bachelor or Master Dregree of Sience International Business or Business Administration
- 2 years experiences in their specialty (Finance, Sales..)
- Fluent English in written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability in business process analysis and design
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communications skills, and adeptness in the art of persuasion
- Creative thinker, customer & service oriented
- Self dependant and demonstrating a collaborative style
