Key Responsibilities:
Log, categorize, prioritize, and track tickets in ServiceNow
Perform password resets, account unlocks, VPN support, email and application access troubleshooting
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Follow standard operating procedures and ITIL processes
Ensure SLA adherence and high CSAT scores
• Preparing documents and presentations
