About the team
The Home & Electronics cluster team manages businesses within the broader Home & Living categories. The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing emerging merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. The team manages hundreds of accounts across various verticals: kitchenware, home decor & supplies, furnishing, sports & outdoors, toys & hobbies etc. The Home & Living team is set for growth with continuous commitment to merchants and customer experience. This role is based in our London office.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Support seller education and strategy development to help sellers achieve early success on TikTok Shop via data analysis and seller collaboration
- Research and qualify top brands and merchants for onboarding.
- Support outreach efforts as a Sales Development Representative engaging with potential partners.
- Assist in pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updates to drive growth.
- Help prepare pitch decks, outreach materials, and performance reports that shape brand success.
