The goal of Damen Song Cam is to develop, design and construct a portfolio of tugboats, and high-speed crafts in the most effective and efficient manner. Primarily based on standardized & smart-customized designs. Damen Song Cam is fulfilling current and developing market demands, with well-balanced levels of quality, service, price, and delivery time; thereby providing optimal solutions for our clients. Our vessels are produced at our yards in Zone Hoang Lam 1, Thien Huong Ward, Hai Phong City, Vietnam as well as in other countries such as Singapore, China, Turkey and The Netherlands.
The role
As BPM coordinator, you lead Damen’s business process modeling platform (Mavim) andmaintainthe global process architecture. In our current lean team setup, this role combines strategic governance with hands-on modeling and technical responsibilities. You ensure the integrity and consistency of Damen’s process repository,guideProcess Modelersin Vietnam, and play a role in training Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Business Process Leads (BPLs) to fulfill their responsibilities in the BPM system.
