
To provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities.

Join us as a BPL Quality Assurance Analyst where you will be responsible for operating a centralised process to assess, approve and report Quality Assurance related events/issues to the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for collating and issuing a monthly performance pack to both senior leadership/ control compliance forum as this is a mandatory gateway to Payment Specialist receiving incentive payments. You will be an independent centralised point of education about all SMB Payments processes/policies, collating information from numerous internal sources in a way that can then be used by operational leads to make informed business decisions.

This role is located in Northampton and is a 12 month secondment.
Barclays’ payments acceptance business provides critical infrastructure to the UK economy, processing billions of pounds of payments annually for both small businesses and domestic and international corporate clients.

Barclays will invest approximately £400m in the new business, the majority of which will be incurred during the first three years. Performance-linked incentives will drive greater alignment between the partners, underpinning the long-term commitment to the transformation. Barclays and Brookfield will work to create a standalone entity over time, continuing to use the Barclaycard Payments (BPL) brand and acting as the sole payments acceptance services provider to Barclays’ clients for a minimum of ten years.
