Apply now The position provides timely and efficient machine repair, installation, upgrade and training services for customers as the front-line representative of BOBST. Additionally, in order to strengthen BOBST’s competitive position in the customer’s plant, the Field Service Technician is expected to provide valuable business updates to support new selling opportunities.
1. Provide reactive service (machines repairs)
2. Provide highest level of expertise in installation & setup of most complex machines
3. Machine assignments to meet customers’ expectation
4. Inspections and preventive maintenance of installed machines at our customers‘ sites accordingly to Bobst schedule guidelines
5. Reporting according to Bobst rules during and after interventions
6. Master all productivity improvement programs
7. Provide standard operator and maintenance trainings
8. Mentor & train other Field Service Technicians (technical aspects)
9. Facilitate development of business opportunities
10. Pre-sales support for new machine sales (to SF/WF)
11. Active knowledge sharing among FSTs/TSS community using Bobst Group tools.
1. Technical education (mechanical and/or electrical)
2. Travel willingness and ability (driving license, cash management, etc.)
3. Experience in service or customers’ support organization
4. Native Polish speaker and communicative level of English in speaking and writing
