Your Role:

  • As a Business Process Expert specializing in Finance and Controlling Master Data, you will play a central role in shaping how finance master data processes are designed, deployed, and continuously improved across a global ERP transformation program.
  • You will contribute to the preparation and execution of key design and deployment activities, ensuring that master data decisions are well-documented, aligned with business strategy, and built to deliver lasting impact.
  • You will work closely with IT Solution Experts and Data Experts to drive process harmonization and standardization, translating complex finance requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Your analytical expertise and deep knowledge of Finance and Controlling master data will be essential as you identify improvement opportunities, support change management on an operational level, and help cross-functional teams navigate the evolving ERP landscape.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Finance Master Data management within an ERP environment.
  • You have strong, in-depth knowledge of Finance and Controlling master data objects, combined with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • You have demonstrated experience supporting ERP implementations or transformation programs, including process documentation, fit/gap analysis, and deployment activities, ideally within the Life Sciences industry.
  • You bring solid project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines.
  • You communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders—from technical teams to senior business leaders—and are skilled at building alignment across functions.
  • You take a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying process improvement opportunities and working collaboratively with relevant teams to implement sustainable solutions.
  • You are AI literate — you understand how artificial intelligence technologies work, including their practical applications, limitations, and ethical considerations such as bias, fairness, and data privacy, enabling you to critically assess AI tools and make informed, responsible decisions in your role.
  • Focus area: Coordination of Finance Master Data and Inventory migration, including SAP standard costing, as well as data migration load cycles and data load verification within Life Sciences ERP projects.
