职位描述
1、根据CG短片/长篇番剧的项目制作需求，初步寻找筛选合适的合作伙伴； 2、和外部合作伙伴沟通洽谈项目情况/预算/档期/制作要求，协调内部进行产能采购； 3、按季度/月度，预估产能风险，跟踪合作伙伴体验，并绘制成表反馈内部流程优化，最终提升合作满意度； 4、部分合作伙伴，定期了解档期，关系维护；
职位要求
1、大专以上动画、数媒等相关专业，一年以上动画行业从业经验，熟悉动画生产流程； 2、熟练使用PPT/Execl/思维导图/CGT等办公协同软件、管理软件，清晰的逻辑思维和扎实的落地能力； 3、善于沟通、协调，能应对各种项目的需求及各部门、供应商的协调，能承受较大工作压力。伙伴体验，并绘制成表反馈内部流程优化，最终提升合作满意度； 4、部分合作伙伴，定期了解档期，关系维护。
