About the Role | 职位简介
As Finance BP for Utility-scale Storage, you will be the dedicated financial partner for Solinteg's growing large-scale energy storage business in Europe. You will work closely with the project and commercial teams to ensure sound financial management across the full project lifecycle — from bidding to completion.
作为大储业务财务BP，你将是沃太欧洲大储业务的专职财务支持伙伴，全程参与大储项目的财务管控工作，覆盖报价支持、合同审查、回款跟进至项目结算分析的完整业务周期。
Key Responsibilities | 主要职责
1. Project Financial Support | 项目财务支持
•Provide financial input during the bidding stage, including cost analysis and margin review
•Review contract terms from a financial risk perspective (payment milestones, penalties, FX exposure)
•Track and manage project-level budgets vs. actuals; flag overruns proactively
•参与大储项目报价阶段的成本分析与毛利测算
•从财务角度审核合同条款，重点关注付款节点、违约条款、汇率风险等
•跟踪项目预算执行情况，及时识别偏差并预警
2. Revenue, Cash Flow & Payment Terms | 收入、回款与客户付款管理
•Monitor project billing milestones and drive timely invoicing
•Track and follow up on receivables; coordinate with project managers on collection
•Support cash flow forecasting for the storage business unit
•Review and negotiate customer payment terms from a financial risk perspective (advance payment, milestone payments, retention)
•Manage Letter of Credit (LC) processes: review LC terms, coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure compliant and timely document presentation
•Coordinate the issuance of bank guarantees (performance bonds, advance payment guarantees, warranty bonds) in line with contract requirements
•跟踪项目开票节点，推动及时开具发票
•管理应收账款，联动项目经理推进回款
•协助编制大储业务线的现金流预测
•从财务风险角度审核并参与谈判客户付款方式（预付款、里程碑付款、质保金等）
•负责信用证（LC）全流程管理：审核LC条款，协调银行与内部团队，确保单据合规且及时提交
•跟进并协调保函开具（履约保函、预付款保函、质保保函），确保符合合同要求及银行规定
3. P&L and Reporting | 损益与财务报告
•Prepare monthly/quarterly P&L reports for the utility storage segment
•Conduct variance analysis and present findings to management
•Support month-end close activities related to storage projects
•编制大储业务月度/季度损益报告
•执行差异分析并向管理层呈报结果
•参与月度账务关账，处理与大储项目相关的会计事项
4. Cross-functional Collaboration | 跨部门协作
•Act as the finance interface between the storage business team and HQ finance
•Work with legal, tax, and treasury on project-specific issues
•担任大储业务团队与总部财务之间的财务接口
•就项目特定事项与法务、税务、资金等职能协同推进

Qualifications

Requirements | 任职要求
Must-have | 硬性要求
•Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
•2–5 years of relevant finance experience (FP&A, project finance, or finance BP)
•Proficiency in English (working language); Chinese is a strong plus
•Solid Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
•本科及以上学历，财务、会计、经济学或相关专业
•2–5年财务相关工作经验（FP&A、项目财务或财务BP方向）
•英语流利（工作语言）；中文为显著加分项
•熟练使用Excel；具备ERP系统操作经验（SAP、Oracle等）
Nice-to-have | 加分项
•Experience in energy storage, renewables, or capital equipment industries
•Knowledge of German business/tax environment
•CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
•具备储能、新能源或重资产行业财务工作背景
•了解德国商业及税务环境
•持有CPA、ACCA或同等会计资质
