Job Description

区域销售培训BP济南社招全职职能与支持 - 人力资源本科及以上5-7 年职位描述- 协助总部展开相关课程的培训,包括通过课程认证参与授课、项目协调组织安排、学员管理等内容。
- 协助区总制定区域的培训带教计划并执行,监督促进一线培训内容落地,帮助门店店长提升带教能力。
- 根据区域人员门店经营以及业务达成情况筛选出需要提升人员,开展适合的课程培训辅导帮助其提升。
- 帮助精英序列人员提炼专业优势保持学习领先状态,与总部课题小组紧密联系,更新相关模块内容,快速赋能区域以及店内的小伙伴。
- 根据课程评估、一线反馈不断完善培训技巧,完善课程里的技巧、话术、案例,提升授课辅导质量。
- 收集发现优秀案例,整合应用并反馈给总部。职位要求- 认同和践行蔚来“真诚、关爱、远见、行动”的价值观,认可乐道的服务理念,愿意和公司共同长期发展。
- 本科及以上学历,五年汽车销售经验,其中需有二年以上门店运营管理/销售培训工作经验,具备新势力品牌相关工作经验优先。
- 熟悉门店销售运营与管理,对业务敏感度高,对一线业务场景熟悉,对新势力产品有研究。
- 逻辑思维清楚,表达清晰,有良好的授课技巧与沟通能力,具备一定的开发能力。
- 有较强的抗压能力和团队合作精神;有良好的协调组织能力,有良好的自我驱动能力。 投递
