Altea is not another big box gym. It is not a boutique studio. It is an integrated fitness and wellness destination, and the Strike Studio is one of the most electric rooms in the building.

Boxing at Altea covers bag work, combinations, footwork, and defence. Classes range from foundations to fighter-level technique and kickboxing, and are designed to build endurance, agility, and total-body power. No experience is required to walk in. No one leaves without having worked.

The best boxing class at Altea is not just a workout. It is an experience. We are looking for the instructor who makes a room of people feel capable, challenged, and genuinely alive for forty-five minutes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver high-energy, technically grounded boxing classes that challenge every fitness level and build real skill over time. Your classes are structured, coached, and purposeful — not just cardio with gloves.
• Coach the technique. Stance, guard, footwork, combinations, and defence. You break technique down clearly, reinforce it consistently, and make participants feel like they are actually learning something.
• Span the full format range. You are comfortable delivering a foundations session to first-timers and a fighter-level kickboxing class to your most experienced regulars. The format shifts. The quality does not.
• Command the room. Your presence, energy, and voice set the tone from the first combination to the last. You know how to read a room and push it without losing anyone.
• Show up prepared. Your combinations are planned. Your music is on point. You are on the floor early, and the pre and post class sequence is delivered to standard every time.

WHO YOU ARE

You know how to make a room feel it without it tipping into chaos. You are technically credible and genuinely magnetic.

• You are a real coach. Technique matters to you. You correct stance and guard because you know that good form is what keeps participants safe and makes the workout actually work.
• You are coachable. Feedback is how the program stays excellent. You receive it without ego and apply it.
• You are consistent. Your standard does not change based on how full the room is or what time it is.
• You are professional. You represent Altea in the studio and throughout the club with pride and polish.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current certification in boxing or equivalent recognized credential
• Demonstrated experience teaching boxing or kickboxing group fitness classes in a premium or studio environment
• Strong command presence and the ability to coach technique clearly in a group setting
• Traditional boxing and kickboxing experience is a strong asset
• Reliable, punctual, and holds a consistently high standard of preparation and professionalism
• Criminal Background Check required prior to commencement
