Job Description

Join a mission-driven organization making a global impact! Planet Aid collects and recycles used textiles to protect the environment and support sustainable development in communities around the world.

This hybrid role combines warehouse operations and box truck driving (up to 20 ft.). You’ll help collect donated textiles, transport donations, and support warehouse processing to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Driving / Route Duties

  • Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes
  • Service donation bins (collect, clean, and maintain sites)
  • Load and transport materials to the warehouse
  • Follow all safety and driving regulation
  • Communicate any issues or site concern

Warehouse Duties

  • Unload trucks and organize incoming materials
  • Sort, package, and prepare items for shipment
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (as needed)
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Pay: $21/hr plus production bonus

Benefits: Health, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and 401k

Time Off: Paid vacation, sick leave, and 9 holidays

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of box truck or similar driving experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical
  • Comfortable with physical work and flexible daily tasks
