Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Box Runner/Imaging Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure, accurate movement of client records and the meticulous conversion of physical documents into high-quality electronic images. This role requires high energy, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to detail to ensure records integrity and meet production standards.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Execute the physical workflow of client records, which includes lifting and moving boxes of up to 50 lbs, delivering them to the Imaging Specialists, and loading pallets for outbound shipments.

  • Develop accurate electronic records by performing document preparation (removing staples, sorting), scanning hard copy files, and performing key data entry/indexing into multiple software applications.

  • Ensure compliance with all production procedures, internal documentation, and tracking, utilizing RF scanners and maintaining the necessary Public Trust Clearance for sensitive materials.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • Proven ability in Data Entry or Indexing and familiarity with PC, printers, and other computer-related products.

  • Strong knowledge of the importance of detail and accuracy in a production environment.

  • The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and work independently with minimal supervision.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Salary details: Starting at $19.91/hr

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am (OT may be required).

  • Location: 8200 Preston Court, Jessup MD

  • Paid time off/ holidays: 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 7 Paid Holidays + Sick Pay.

  • Eligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $5.09/hr (if benefits are declined)

  • Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.

Reasonably expected salary range: $42,500.00 - $53,100.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
