- - - SUMMARY: Responsible for providing Bowling Guests with prompt, efficient, courteous service. Also ensures that maximum utilization of lanes and equipment is realized through efficient control of the flow of customers.

- - - Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

- - - - Greets customers as they enter the center.
- - - - Assigns open lanes to customers, and manage a “Wait List” for lanes when applicable.
- - - - Keeps track of lanes as they open and assign them to customers on the wait list.
- - - - Rents shoes and helps customers to locate house balls.
- - - - Prepares for and begins league play according to schedule.
- - - - Handles Guest phone inquiries and take reservations for open play when available.
- - - - Pages customers in house and/or provides message service.
- - - - Makes promotional announcements.
- - - - Remains alert for Guest disturbances.
- - - - Accepts payment and makes change for monies tendered.
- - - - Adheres to Black Oak Casino Resort and departmental appearance standards.
- - - - Performs other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMandatory Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old with valid work permit or High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent preferred.
- Prior bowling experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of computers preferred.
- Must be able to communicate and work effectively with all Team Members.
- Must be able to convey a positive and professional image to Guests and Team Members.
- Must possess good organizational and judgment skills.
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Physical Demands:
- Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.

Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
