AtMainEvent, our Bowl Attendants set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Bowl Attendant, youarehelpful, knowledgeable, and have high energy,so you can guide ourGuests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and using the various systems to perform your jobsuccessfully! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

• Welcomeand engagewith allguests while being a FUN ambassador!

• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability

• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls

• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization

• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lanesetupand ball selection

• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gottaplay safe!)

• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back

• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required  

• Guest-focusedmindset (We heart our Guests!)

• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)

• Strongproblem-solvingand multi-tasking skills

• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business

• Caneffectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests

• Availability toworkdays, nights,and/or weekends
