Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth product knowledge and personalised recommendations to customers.

• Deliver exceptional sales and after-sales service to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is always well-presented.

• Develop and manage a client database, fostering long-term customer loyalty.

• Oversee stock control and ensure proper upkeep of boutique inventory.

• Assist the team with administrative tasks, including updating stock and footfall reports.

• Handle payment transactions accurately, including cash and credit card processing.

• Record after-sales activities and ensure timely updates in the system.

• Comply with all retail operational procedures and company policies.

• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably within the luxury segment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated and result-driven with a customer-focused mindset.

• A cooperative team player with a positive attitude.
