Job Description

About the role:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT scope for Boutique/Store projects, covering new, renovation, event, temporary setup and Retail sales office. Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers and timely implementation of all systems and infrastructure. Act as a key contact point for IT maintenance, coordinating with relevant teams and vendors to resolve all IT-related issues.

Project planning and costing

  • Define IT scope and prepare design proposals in line with store requirements

  • Estimate and validate project costs with all suppliers

Supplier management

  • Coordinate with key vendors regarding CCTV, Access Control, Security, alarm and security monitoring, audio and visual systems (including salon-specific services), UPS, network and access points, internet connectivity, etc.

  • Ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability across all suppliers

  • Understand expectations from the store planning team and landlord, and supervise vendors to deliver accordingly

Design and delivery of infrastructure solutions

  • Design and deliver infrastructure solutions for store projects

  • Define network design (LAN / WiFi) to meet business and operational needs

  • Plan rack layout, power requirements, and overall site infrastructure readiness

  • Design and coordinate AV system setup aligned with business usage

  • Ensure full site readiness prior to installation

  • Lead infrastructure UAT and support cutover activities

  • Understand EUC dependencies to ensure seamless integration

Infrastructure delivery and governance

  • Own end-to-end infrastructure delivery and governance

  • Coordinate network rollout and ensure connectivity readiness

  • Ensure rack, power, and AV readiness before installation

  • Manage infrastructure UAT and cutover planning

Delivery and implementation

  • Confirm device and equipment delivery timelines

  • Coordinate installation, commissioning, and system testing

  • Ensure all systems are implemented in line with design and project plan

  • Ensure proper system handover to business users with clear documentation

Operations and maintenance

  • Act as the main contact point for all IT-related issues for the store

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve incidents and technical issues

  • Oversee ongoing service support after project completion

  • Ensure preventive maintenance is in place for all IT systems

  • Monitor service quality and follow up on issue resolution with vendors

What you will bring :

  • 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure delivery

  • Experience in retail or multi-site rollout environments preferred

  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills

  • Good command of English and Thai, with the ability to work and communicate effectively with construction project teams and external partners

  • PMP/PRINCE2/ ITIL/ Network and/or security certifications preferred

  • Able to travel to the sites to support the project

  • Comfortable to start on a 2-year contract first.
