As Boutique Director, you are responsible for defining and executing the Boutique's strategic vision, ensuring sustainable business growth while embodying CHANEL's values and leadership principles. You inspire teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and the local luxury community, and lead the Boutique with a balance of commercial excellence, operational rigor, and people development. As the face of the House, you play a key role in strengthening CHANEL's presence and influence within the Mexican market.
