Full Time Boutique Coffee Specialist – Chadstone

This role follows a full-time, 2-week rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome customers and share your love of coffee.
  • Create meaningful connections by offering great service and product knowledge.
  • Support your team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
  • Confidently use POS systems and digital tools to provide seamless service for every customer.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring the boutique always looks its best, with shelves stocked and safety standards upheld.
