We’re looking for a passionate Coffee Expert to help lead, inspire, and elevate the coffee experience in our Booragoon Boutique

This is a Full‑Time (32 hour/44 hour per week) role on a rotating roster, including alternate weekends, late-night trade and keyholder responsibilities.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, inspire, and shape the boutique coffee experience every day:
  • Share your expertise to ignite a love of coffee within your team and customers.
  • Plan, deliver, and review engaging coffee training sessions and memorable masterclasses.
  • Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring every cup reflects our high standards.
  • Act as the boutique’s coffee leader — building team capability and cultivating a culture of learning.
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing responsibilities as a keyholder.
  • Create meaningful customer connections by bringing passion, knowledge, and warmth to every conversation.

What we’re looking for

  • A true coffee lover with the desire to inspire others.
  • Experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with exposure to training or leadership.
  • Someone confident in delivering workshops or coaching team members.
  • A strong communicator who creates memorable customer experiences.
  • A leader who leads by example, supports their team, and thrives in a fast‑paced boutique setting.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and keyholder duties.
