Assistant Boutique Manager – Pitt Street Flagship Boutique

This role follows a Full-Time rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.

What you’ll do:

  • Inspire and energise your team to create unforgettable customer experiences every day.
  • Coach and empower staff, fostering a collaborative environment committed to service excellence.
  • Drive smooth boutique operations and lead by example in both customer service and efficiency.
  • Motivate your team to achieve goals and celebrate wins as a group.
  • Engage customers with your coffee passion, expert product knowledge, and high-impact sales skills.
  • Ensure all admin and reporting tasks are handled accurately, keeping the boutique on track.
