Join our Fashion team inSingaporefor a 12month mission where you will keep the boutique running smoothly behind the scenes—supporting daily operations, people coordination, and workplace readiness—so the team can deliver an exceptional luxury experience every day.

Impact you can create in the role

  • Keepdaytodayboutique administration on track by following Standard Operating Procedures and managing key correspondence between boutique and office.

  • Support peoplemovessmoothly by coordinating onboarding and staff transfers with relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintainaccuraterecords for boutique expenditure, overtime,compensationoffand attendance/leave reporting.

  • Enable effectivemanpowerplanning by preparing monthly rosters and coordinating training and monthly activities with the Retail Office.

  • Ensurea seamlessworkplace experience by liaising with vendors, internal teams and mall management on boutique maintenance and daily operational needs.

  • Own replenishment and inventoryfollowupfor POS and printing materials, plus marketing andclientelingresources based on usage.

  • Provide clear reporting andadhocsupport to the Boutique Management team to helpdecisionmakingand operational readiness.
