Keepday‑to‑dayboutique administration on track by following Standard Operating Procedures and managing key correspondence between boutique and office.
Support peoplemovessmoothly by coordinating onboarding and staff transfers with relevant stakeholders.
Maintainaccuraterecords for boutique expenditure, overtime,compensation‑offand attendance/leave reporting.
Enable effectivemanpowerplanning by preparing monthly rosters and coordinating training and monthly activities with the Retail Office.
Ensurea seamlessworkplace experience by liaising with vendors, internal teams and mall management on boutique maintenance and daily operational needs.
Own replenishment and inventoryfollow‑upfor POS and printing materials, plus marketing andclientelingresources based on usage.
Provide clear reporting andad‑hocsupport to the Boutique Management team to helpdecision‑makingand operational readiness.
