As a Senior Sales Associate at Boucheron, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships and fostering business development opportunities. You will represent the most stylish and cutting-edge French High Jewelry Maison with elegance, expertise and a commitment to exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will encompass sales execution, clienteling initiatives and proactive business development strategies with a focus on High Jewelry.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

  • Drive sales by providing personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, product demonstration techniques and team spirit.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Clienteling Initiatives:

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences.
  • Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences, occasions, and milestones, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling targeted outreach and relationship management.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager to create personalized and exclusive client events to enhance client engagement and retention.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store client base and market presence.
  • Actively network and engage with high-net-worth individuals, influencers, and business bringers to promote House awareness and foster partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Store management team to develop clients & prospects initiatives to drive to Store.
  • Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
  • Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably with a minimum of 30% High Jewelry total turnover
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, story-telling, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and very important clienteling skills.
  • Engaged, results-oriented, team spirit and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
