Job Description

Based in Paris, the Project Coordinator, Retail Transformation & Client Experience will report to the Client Development & Retail Excellence Manager Europe.

This 6-month fixed-term position has been created to support the development and implementation of a strategic retail transformation initiative aimed at enhancing client experience, retail excellence and commercial performance. The role will work closely with retail teams, Europe functions, head office stakeholders and external partners.

Approximately 75% of the role will be dedicated to retail transformation project coordination and 25% to CRM and client activations across the European retail network.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail transformation project coordination - 75%

  • Support the Project Lead in the day-to-day coordination of a strategic cross-functional initiative and ensure progress across all workstreams throughout the assignment.
  • Coordinate interactions between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring the effective preparation of briefs, information sharing, follow-up and delivery of key milestones.
  • Establish and coordinate project governance, including meetings, committees and working sessions; prepare agendas and materials, document decisions and track actions.
  • Prepare and coordinate stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify needs, challenges and opportunities.
  • Consolidate insights from interviews, available data and existing work to support recommendations and decision-making.
  • Conduct and document research and benchmarking on luxury retail, client experience and relevant market best practices.
  • Identify solutions, partners, tools and initiatives that could enhance client experience, retail effectiveness and commercial performance.
  • Contribute to the review and optimization of client journeys, service experiences and retail environments.
  • Prepare and support strategic workshops involving retail teams, Europe functions, head office stakeholders and senior management.
  • Translate agreed priorities into a practical action plan covering workstreams, owners, timelines, required resources and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate initial pilots and improvement initiatives that can be launched during the assignment.
  • Monitor project progress and key performance indicators and prepare clear updates for stakeholders.

CRM and client activation support - 25%

  • Provide operational support for the preparation and deployment of CRM and clienteling activations across the European retail network.
  • Coordinate each stage of activations, from targeting and list preparation to retail team briefing, deployment follow-up and post-activation review.
  • Support retail teams in using CRM campaigns, tasks and tools in line with the commercial calendar.
  • Consolidate retail team feedback and monitor key activation results.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and analyses to support the continuous improvement of CRM initiatives.

PROFILE

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or Consultant, ideally within luxury, retail, client experience, CRM, marketing or transformation environments.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage several priorities in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex topics, conduct research, synthesize information and formulate practical recommendations.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in both French and English.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, curious and hands-on, with the ability to move quickly from analysis to execution.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of CRM tools, clienteling practices or retail performance indicators would be an advantage.
