Job Description

We’re looking for a no-nonsense, get-it-done technician who knows how to work with their hands, solve problems, and deliver great customer service. You’ll install, repair, and maintain bottleless water coolers at homes and businesses while making sure every customer gets professional, friendly service. If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and take pride in getting the job done right, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install bottleless water coolers and connect water lines.
• Replace filters and perform routine maintenance.
• Check for leaks and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Clean and sanitize equipment.
• Provide on-site customer service.
• Document completed jobs and parts used.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or repair experience.
• Basic troubleshooting and tool skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, hands-on, and ready to get the job done.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move equipment and replacement parts.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and work in confined installation areas.

Work Environment

Commercial offices, schools, healthcare facilities, residential properties, and other customer sites.

Typical Schedule: Full-time, with occasional overtime or emergency service calls depending on the employer.
