We are currently seeking a Supervisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Your opportunity

Assisting Store Manager to manage the activities and operations in the store in accordance to the company principles and guidelines and setting a fine example for its subordinates.

How you will contribute

  • Has all the assignments of a Senior Sales Associate and considered as a point of reference for the rest of the staff.
  • Identifies and evaluates deeply people’ strengths and areas of improvements based on observation and measurable results. Gives effective feedback to obtain skills and performance improvement.
  • Is in charge of delivering the quarterly touch base with the supervision of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
  • Coaching store members and ensuring that the clienteling activities are in place in order to maximize sales.
  • Ensuring the collaboration and information sharing of subordinate and regular experience sharing sessions are conducted.
  • Assist Store Manager to communicate company’s policies, memoranda and general information to the staff in a clear & concise manner to ensure understanding & support.
  • Manage and ensures that the shop is always in an impeccable condition.
  • Guarantees the all procedures are properly followed when Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager are not there

Who you are

  • At least 4-6 years of luxury retail sales / store operations experience, which at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Able to build fruitful, long-term relationships with customers from all over the world.
  • An experienced salesperson, preferably from within luxury fashion.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • A driver of great commercial results, time and time again
  • A multi-tasking team player who thrives a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Exhibits positivity, is able to influence others, listens and provides effective support to colleagues, has the ability to adapt to different and multicultural personalities.
