Job Description

To ensure visual presentations of local DOS stores are always maintained at worldwide level and to support visual merchandising director to achieve business goal and density by developing visual merchandising strategies & executing display plans reflecting local trend & needs.

Job Scope

• Monthly visual merchandising guideline and regular store rounding
• Ordering and installation of window props, instore tools and plants
• Planning and installation of void display, Pop up and events display
• Communication with HQ
• Seasonal duratrans and giant poster installation

Main Job Responsibilities

• Draft visual merchandising plan, strategy and activities to proactively contribute to achieve business goals
• Regular store visits to support visual presentation of local DOS and DFS stores
• Monthly report of visual presentation of high visibility stores to HQ
• Control inventory and repair of window props, instore display tools
• Arrange seasonal order and installation of duratrans and giant posters for stores
• VM training materials for VM ambassadors and instore VM
• Share best display examples of local and worldwide stores with local stores
• Support void display, pop ups and event installations
• Support competitor analysis, market research, sales performance and business sector trends

Qualification

• Minimum 7 years of visual merchandising experience
• Degree in design or relevant major preferred
• Attentive to details & result-oriented with flexible & positive thinking
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strategic minded, energetic and driven, strong leadership
• Fluent in English

Knowledge

• Knowledge in design, color and space concept and seasonal products
• Knowledge of luxury fashion industry
