This Job Family Group includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, ensuring the organization can achieve its business goals through optimal management of its people. Roles in Human Resources ensure the best possible experience for employees throughout the employee life cycle in alignment with our company’s strategy and objectives.

Job Family Description - HR Operations:
Acts as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, HR Business Partners and external partners. Provides daily HR activities and administrative support to our employees while conforming to labor laws.

Your opportunity

Support the Human Resources team in HR related talent engagement and employee data management for China

How you will contribute

• Employee engagement Support:

Assist in internal communication initiatives, including planning and organizing employee activities (e.g., Women's Day events, internal gathering sessions) and coordinating related logistics.

Design creative and professional posters, newsletters, or promotional materials for internal events and announcements using design tools.

• Staff Data Management:

Accurately maintain and update employee records in Excel and HRIS.

Always ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Manage document filing and submission processes, liaising with finance for approvals.

• Other Tasks:

Support the HR team in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow of the department.

Provide administrative support for recruitment, training, and employee relations activities as assigned.

Who you are

• Education: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student.
• Availability: Commitment to work full-time (at least 4 days per week) for a duration of over 6 months is preferred.
• Skills & Attributes:

Quick learner with a patient and efficient work ethic

Proficient in office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent spoken and written in Chinese and English

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
