Job Family Group Description - Human Resources:
Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company’s strategy, practice and objectives.

Job Family Description -HR Business Partner:
Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities and supervision. Provides specialised advice and assistance to business unit management regarding complex HR issues.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in HR area and preferably in retail luxury industry
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate and adapt changing environment
• Resilience and agile
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Must be highly detail and results orientated and a proven ability to multi task
• Highly committed and self-motivated with a strong work ethic to lead by example
• Strong planning and execution skills
• In depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, policies within the region of China
