Job Description

Our program focuses on youth employees with a career interest or pathway in golf, particularly those with a previous affiliation with our program. Caddies must work at our side for several years to become eligible for opportunities with a partnering organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Distribute and post flyers in designated neighborhoods, parks, and community spaces. Promote events through approved social media channels. Engage with community members to share information about upcoming programs and events. Assist with basic event setup and breakdown when needed (e.g., chairs, tables, tents). Take photos at events and support on-site outreach efforts. Support and collaborate with other employees as directed by supervisors.

The Ideal Candidate for this Job

Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude at all times while representing the organization. Arrive punctually for all scheduled shifts and be prepared to work as assigned. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods while standing or walking for long durations. Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and handling equipment as required for the position.
