Collections Intern position (for Uni students) is a great fit if you would like to use your communication and language skills and gain experience in finance This role is part of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) department. We are responsible for collecting past-due amounts from our customers and serve as the first point of contact for all accounts receivable–related matters.

What you will do:
✅ support collectors in managing customer portfolios
✅ provide early-stage customer service
✅ assist other finance operations by providing and obtaining information from customers related to billing, collections, and cash application
✅ maintain regular interactions with customers and proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders
