About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration & Middleware Engineer with strong expertise in Dell Boomi and enterprise integration technologies. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize integration solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise integration projects. Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop integration solutions using Dell Boomi and other middleware tools.
• Manage APIs, ensuring lifecycle governance, performance, and security.
• Work with ETL/iPaaS concepts, message queues, and event streaming platforms (Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS).
• Build and optimize file-based integrations (FTP/SFTP, FTPS).
• Develop applications and scripts using Java, Node.js, Python, and shell scripting.
• Design and optimize relational database models (Oracle, MySQL) with SQL/PLSQL.
• Implement hybrid/multi-cloud integration patterns across AWS and SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow).
• Integrate with ERP applications, with Oracle R12 ERP experience considered a strong plus.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and standards (REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, TLS/SSL).
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and testing tools for efficient delivery.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required Technical Skills

• Integration & Middleware: Dell Boomi (Process design, Atoms, Molecules, API Management, Master Data Hub, Boomi Flow) – 5+ years; API Gateway concepts; ETL/iPaaS; Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS; FTP/SFTP/FTPS; exposure to TIBCO, Oracle SOA Suite, Informatica.
• ERP Integration: Oracle R12 ERP application integration (preferred).
• Discover and create AI driven automation, proven off-the-shelf and customizable AI agents from Boomi.
• Programming & Scripting: Core Java, REST APIs, microservices; Node.js; Python; Shell scripting (optional but desirable).
• Databases & Data: SQL, PL/SQL; Oracle, MySQL; data modeling, normalization, optimization.
• Cloud & Platforms: AWS; SaaS integrations (Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow); hybrid/multi-cloud patterns.
• Protocols & Standards: REST, SOAP, JDBC, OData; JSON, XML, CSV, EDI (X12, EDIFACT); OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, TLS/SSL.
• Tools & Technologies: Git/GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps; Docker (basic); Splunk, ELK, CloudWatch, App Insights; Postman, SoapUI; Jira, Confluence; R12 ERP Finance & SCM systems.

Non-Technical / Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) exposure.
• Dell Boomi Professional / Associate Certification.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of event-driven and domain-driven design.
• Exposure to MDM, data governance, and integration security.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise integration programs.
• Proven track record in TIBCO & SOA Services to Dell Boomi conversions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
OR
Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
