Job Description

• Our client is a stable shipbuilding company
• Located beside Clarke Quay MRT
• 5 days work week 8am to 5.30pm
• Food $200/Transport allowance $100 upon confirmation
• No prior experience required as training provided

Job scopes:

• Post Journal Entries with simple accounting system
• Maintain accounts payables and accounts receivables
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation and Cash Book
• Maintain inter-company accounts and relevant debit and credit notes
• Issue invoices and receipts as required
• Issue Statements of Accounts
• Liaise with external auditors
• Assist in preparing project costing
• Document Filing
• Coordinate with Clients and Colleagues in Indonesia and Malaysia for Shipping & Shipbuilding projects
• Other administrative duties when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant field; if no diploma, relevant work experience is also acceptable
• No prior experience will be considered as training provided
• Proficient in Excel and MS Word, Internet Savvy
• Good communication and research skills
• Able to work well with others a must
• Detail-oriented, accurate
• Strong organization skill
• Pro-active personality, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Hardworking, ability to multi-task and have good time management
