We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with Admin Support Functions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and administrative support, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Financial records maintenance
  • - Accounts payable and receivable
  • - Payroll processing
  • - Admin support
  • - Customer support (basic call answering functions

Qualifications:

  • Min 3 years experience in Australian servicing accounts
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Xero, Quickbooks, and MYOB experience

Working hours:
8:30 am to 5:00 pm (AEST)
