Elmo Motion Control is looking for a Bookkeeper- Maternity Leave Replacement to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and providing administrative support to the Finance team, while maintaining accuracy, organization, and adherence to deadlines.
• Entering and recording supplier invoices in the accounting system.
• Reviewing supplier invoices and matching them with purchase orders in the system.
• Handling routine bookkeeping tasks according to the department’s needs.
• Providing ongoing administrative and operational support to the Finance department.
• Recording and tracking employee travel expenses.
• Handling ad-hoc bookkeeping tasks and supporting the Finance team with ongoing activities.

Requirements

• Previous bookkeeping experience – an advantage.
• Previous experience in an administrative or back-office role – mandatory.
• Experience working with supplier invoices – an advantage.
• Bookkeeping Certificate – Type 2 – an advantage.
• Experience with Priority – an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Hebrew: Very good | English: Good.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• Motivation and willingness to learn.
