Bookkeeper Internship (Focus on Account Payable)

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in organizing financial and business data (such as revenue and expense details), verify the accuracy of the data, and support the basic work of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
2. Use Excel (including functions like VLOOKUP and tools like PivotTable) to process data and assist in generating the first draft of financial reports.
3. File report - related materials (such as original vouchers and verification records) to ensure the orderly storage of documents.
4. Cooperate with the team to complete report verification and problem feedback, and follow up on simple data supplementary recording requirements.

Note This position is mainly focused on Account Payable (AP) - related work. Although it involves basic data processing for financial reports, it does not include in - depth financial analysis tasks. Candidates who expect to engage in a large number of financial analysis works should carefully consider applying.

Job Requirements

Education and Major

1. Master's degree or above in Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Analysis, or related majors. Candidates with internship experience and the ability to intern for more than 4 days a week are preferred.
2. Candidates with internship experience in finance, business analysis, or strategic consulting are given priority.
3. Candidates who have been involved in business analysis or business - finance integration projects are more ideal.

Skills

1. Proficient in using Excel, including being skilled in functions such as VLOOKUP, tools like PivotTable, and preferably having knowledge of Power Query. Candidates with an understanding of SQL or Python are preferred.
2. Familiarity with BI tools (such as Power BI/Tableau) or financial systems (such as SAP/Oracle) is an advantage.
3. Possess basic financial knowledge, including an understanding of the three major financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) and cost accounting.
4. Have clear logical thinking and sensitivity to data, and be able to identify key information from complex data.
5. Have strong communication and coordination skills, be good at cross - departmental collaboration, and promote the implementation of work tasks.
