The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payment application. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting Cube Care’s financial accuracy and reporting.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with customers, internal teams, and financial data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Support

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Process Customer and Vendor invoices.
• Track payements and follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections
• Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Providing financial data and analysis to help management make informed decisions
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.
• Purchase Order Creation
• Financial Reporting
• Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing financial records, documentation, and support as needed.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain and organize records, files, and confidential documents
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and collection efficiency
• Help maintain clear documentation of accounting procedures

Qualification:

• 4-5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience working with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in healthcare, B2B, or service-based industries
• Familiarity with hospital or large institutional billing processes
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience supporting U.S. customers while working offshore

• Internet: Minimum 5.0 Mbps primary connection with reliable backup
