• Demonstrate proficiency in using

to perform a wide range of bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Accurately record, reconcile, and classify financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and alignment between bank statements and financial records.
• Prepare, generate, and analyze financial reports through
Xero
to provide insights into the company’s financial performance and overall financial health.
• Monitor and manage expense reports while ensuring compliance with approved budgets and company policies.
• Process payroll accurately and efficiently using
Xero
.
• Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company procedures.
• Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and management teams.
• Investigate, resolve, and follow up on discrepancies or issues related to financial records in a timely manner.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks as required to support the finance team.
