K2view is a leading software company specializing in data management solutions. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. As a Bookkeeper at K2view, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with financial reporting. Scope – full -time.

Responsibilities:

• Working on the accounting of local & foreign entities (global company).
• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable (including billing and collection).
• AP and AR aging review, including whether collections are included.
• Manage bank, credit cards reconciliations, and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Process and track invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Calculate prepaid and accrued expenses.
• ITA, VAT reporting and payment.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Conduct a monthly analytical comparison of the financial data.
• Provide support during financial audits, reviews, and tax filings.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
• Working with external auditors, involvement in quarterly reviews and annual audits.

Requirements

• Certified bookkeeper type 3.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Priority – an advantage) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in working with AI in accounting and finance – advantage.
• Ability to work independently (hybrid module) and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English – speaking, reading, and writing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and experience with tax preparation is a plus.

Location:

• Hybrid and flexible. Working in a hybrid model (work partially from home).
• It is required to work from the Yokneam office once a week.
