Spinomenal, a leading company in the gaming industry, is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper (Level 3) to join our growing finance team and play a key role in the company’s financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full accounting cycle, including recording, reconciling, and reporting.
• Processing supplier invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
• Reconciling banks, accounts payable/receivable and credit card balances.
• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
• Collaborating with auditors and providing necessary documentation during audits.
• Performing other ad-hoc financial tasks as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in Tech or international companies.
• Bookkeeping Certificate - Type 3 (mandatory).
• Proven experience with Priority software (a must).
• experience with DOKKA software(advantage)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with tax compliance, including VAT, Nikuim, and Mikdamot (mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew (mainly written).
• Ability to work independently and handle complex financial tasks.
