We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized and dedicated full-time Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team.

Wake Up For This:

• Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping, maintaining financial records up to date as part of a team.
• Manage local and international bank reconciliations.
• Manage and reconcile global and local credit card activities.
• Prepare and take active part in the payment cycles to local and foreign vendors.
• On going vendor reconciliation.
• Communication with external vendors.
• Internal approval flow and communication with the Company’s managers.
• Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Good verbal and written skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask.
• Experience in High-tech/start-up companies – An advantage.
• Experience with NetSuite - An advantage.
