We’re looking for a part- time and/or full-time Bookkeeper who lives and breathes QuickBooks Online, keeps financial records spotless, and communicates clearly in English.

About the Company:

This is a full-time role for one of our internal companies, a leading provider of Quality of Earnings and due diligence services for online business acquisitions. They work with business buyers—searchers, aggregators, family offices, and first-time acquirers—to help them make confident, informed decisions.

Location:LatAm - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop and XERO (experience desired, not mandatory)

  • Handle reconciliations, journal entries, AR/AP management, and month-end close

  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports

  • Track expenses, income, AR/AP, and general ledger

  • Prepare financial data for reviews and decision-making

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders in English

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Certified Accountant (non-negotiable)

  • QuickBooks Online and Desktop and Xero experience is a plus

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work full-time and independently

  • Reliable, deadline-driven, and process-oriented
