Job Description


This is a remote position.


Bookkeeper


Join a thriving aluminum and foil supply company serving industries from confectionery to industrial packaging. You'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accurate books, smooth administrative processes, and reliable business support for our B2B clients.


What You'll Do:


  • Manage all QuickBooks Desktop accounting functions including reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups when needed.

  • Monitor outstanding invoices, follow 30-day payment terms, and escalate overdue accounts to management.

  • Provide administrative support such as answering calls when others are unavailable, sending quotes, and assisting management with office tasks.

  • Handle standard bill payments and ensure timely processing.

  • Offer occasional support for order processing or product research as needed (minimal).

Be part of a close-knit, results-driven team in a business where precision, consistency, and trust matter. You’ll collaborate directly with management, an experienced bookkeeper, and a CPA who will periodically review your work, ensuring you have guidance while owning your day-to-day responsibilities.


Who We're Looking For:


  • QuickBooks Desktop Expertise:

    Minimum of 3+ years; must be confident and efficient without requiring training.

  • Highly Organized:

    Ability to work methodically without jumping between tasks, maintaining consistent processes.

  • Professional Communication:

    Friendly yet professional manner, with clear English.

  • Administrative Skills:

    Capable of standard office work and basic customer service.
