We are looking for a Bookkeeperto support the company’s ongoing accounting and financial operations.
This role focuses on routine bookkeeping tasks, accurate data entry, and regular follow-up of financial records.
The position is hands-on and operational, with clearly defined responsibilities, and works in coordination with external accountants and internal stakeholders.
The role reports to the General Managerand works in coordination with the Zone finance team
Preparing and posting client invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
Recording and processing supplier invoices
Monitoring and preparing supplier payments
Performing bank entries and bank reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payablefollow-ups
Supporting monthly closingprocesses (data preparation and checks)
Assisting with VAT reportsand documentation, in coordination with external accountants
Maintaining organized accounting records and supporting audit preparation
Working with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accurate financial data
